چکیده

Abstract Background The phase I trial of the humanized anti-CD26 monoclonal antibody YS110 for CD26-expressing tumors was conducted recently. present study identifies a potential prognostic biomarker CD26-targeted therapy based on data. Methods Box and Whisker plot analysis, Scatter Peason product moment correlation/Spearman’s rank-difference correlation , Bar graph Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) were used to examine between sCD26 titer variation with administration tumor volume change, RECIST criteria evaluation progression free survival (PFS). Mechanism serum confirmed by in vitro experimentation. Results Serum sCD26/DPP4 reduced following gradually recovered until next infusion. before infusion sustained at lower levels Stable Disease (SD) cases compared Progressive cases. ROC analysis defined cut-off level day 29 pre/post clinical outcome SD as response or PFS. In experimentation that addition production from non-tumor cells. Conclusions Our indicates early treatment is predictive evaluating therapeutic efficacy.

Pre-Clinical Development of a Humanized Anti-CD47 Antibody with Anti-Cancer Therapeutic Potential

CD47 is a widely expressed cell surface protein that functions as a regulator of phagocytosis mediated by cells of the innate immune system, such as macrophages and dendritic cells. CD47 serves as the ligand for a receptor on these innate immune cells, SIRP-alpha, which in turn delivers an inhibitory signal for phagocytosis. We previously found increased expression of CD47 on primary human acut...

THBS2 is a Potential Prognostic Biomarker in Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common leading causes of death worldwide. Prognostic at an early stage is a useful way that decrease and avoid mortality. Although remarkable progress has been made to investigate the underlying mechanism, the understanding of the complicated carcinogenesis process was enormously hindered by large-scale tumor heterogeneity. Here we proposed that the prognosi...

miR-1260b is a Potential Prognostic Biomarker in Colorectal Cancer

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer (CRC) mainly refers to colon and rectum cancer, which is the most common gastrointestinal malignant tumor. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) in tumors participate in multiple processes of malignancy development, including cell differentiation, proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. In this study we explored the relationship of miR-1260b abnormal expression with clinical patholog...

Anti-MDA5 antibody as a potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarker in patients with dermatomyositis

The presence of anti-MDA5 antibodies in serum represents an important biomarker in the diagnosis and prediction of prognosis for patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs). Due to conflicting results that have been reported regarding the detection of anti-MDA5 antibodies, the goal of this study was to assess a potential association between the presence of anti-MDA5 antibodies and d...

Soluble Toll-like receptor 4 is a potential serum biomarker in non-small cell lung cancer

This study investigated the clinical significance of serum soluble Toll-like receptor 4 (sTLR4) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). A total of 54 NSCLC patients and 13 healthy volunteers were enrolled from January 2012 to December 2013. The patients with NSCLC were characterized by significantly higher serum levels of sTLR4 compared with those in healthy controls (P < 0.01). A positive corre...
